Candidates must be a Graduate in any discipline and possess a Post Graduate Qualification of minimum two years from a recognized University/Institution.
What is the minimum work experience required?
A minimum of 10 years of experience is required, with at least one year in the scale of pay of 28000-3%-75000 or equivalent. This experience should be in the area of Human Resources/Administration/Finance & Accounts/Legal/Projects/Information Technology/Company Secretary/Protocol/Co-ordination in Public Sector Organizations/Central Govt/State Govt Sector. For candidates from other sectors, the CTC should not be below Rs.8.00 Lakhs per year.
