By using this Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Nature of Service

Sarkari Gate is an Information Intermediary that aggregates government job notifications, admit cards, and results. We do not represent any government entity. The information provided is for educational and informational purposes only.

4. Prohibited Content & User Conduct

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that:

• Belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right;
• Is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable;
• Is harmful to child;
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
• Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact;
• Impersonates another person;
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order;
• Contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
• Is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person;
• Is prohibited under any law for the time being in force.

5. Payment & Refunds

Currently, Sarkari Gate provides its services to public users free of charge. In the event that any paid services are introduced:

• Total prices, including all applicable taxes and fees, will be displayed before checkout.
• Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
• Cancellation charges will only be levied if the user is treated equally to the entity.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Maximum Liability of Sarkari Gate for any claim arising out of the use of the Service shall be limited to the amount paid by the user (if any) in the last 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
