What is the AVP II - Group Head role?
The AVP II - Group Head is a senior leadership position within the Wealth Management Services department. You will be responsible for defining and implementing corporate strategy for the affluent segment, managing territory managers, and engaging with key clients to drive business deals.
What is the minimum educational qualification?
Candidates must hold a Graduate degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE. A 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management is a desirable qualification.
What is the required work experience?
You must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing sales in Wealth Management/Retail Banking/Investments in the financial service industry. Additionally, you should have managed a large team of Relationship Managers & Team Leads at the Regional Level for at least 5 years.
Is this a permanent job?
No, this is a contractual engagement for an initial period of 5 years, which can be renewed based on performance and Bank discretion.
