What is the minimum educational qualification?

Candidates must hold a Graduate degree (Masters/Integrated Masters in Civil Engineering with Specialization in Transportation/Highway Engineering or any equivalent specialization) along with two years of experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or S&T organizations and Scientific activities and Services.

The maximum age limit for this post is 40 years.
