What are the eligibility criteria for Qualification & Experience?

Candidates must be Traffic & commercial cadre Officers working with Indian Railways on a regular basis and possess a Graduation degree from a University/Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC/appropriate statutory body of Govt. of India. Minimum experience is required as on the closing date of receipt of applications:

  • Officers with a minimum of 15 years and above service, currently working in Level-8 (7th CPC), will be considered for the post of Manager (C&O)/E-3 grade.
  • Officers with a minimum of 12 years but less than 15 years' service, currently working in Level-7 (7th CPC), will be considered for the post of Dy. Manager (C&O)/E-2 grade.
  • Officers with a minimum of 9 years but less than 12 years' service, currently working in Level-6 (7th CPC), will be considered for the post of Asstt. Manager (C&O)/E-1 grade.

What is the other job requirement?

The officer should have practical experience in the traffic/commercial field with Indian Railways.
