What is the Assistant Professor, Mechanical Engineering (Heat Transfer) job?

This is a permanent, Group A Gazetted, Non-Ministerial position under the Ministry of Defence. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching students in Mechanical Engineering (Heat Transfer) and assisting in the creation of infrastructure and developmental projects & research.

What is the minimum educational qualification?

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering AND a Master of Engineering/Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering (Heat & Power/Heat Power & Thermal Engineering/Heat Power Engineering/Heat Ventilation & Air Conditioning/Power Plant Engineering and Energy Management/Thermal Engineering/Thermal and Fluid Engineering/Thermal Power Engineering/Thermal Science/Thermal Science Engineering/Thermal Science and Energy Systems/Thermal System and Design) with first class or equivalent in either degree.
