What is the role of a Chief Manager (Projects) at IREDA?
The Chief Manager (Projects) at E-5 Level is responsible for leading and managing major functions related to the Energy Sector / Renewable Energy Sector. This includes project appraisal, planning, evaluation, and monitoring within financial institutions, NBFCs, Public Sector Organizations, and joint ventures of PSEs/Central Govt/State Govt/Private Sector.
What are the essential educational qualifications for this post?
The essential educational qualification is a B.E / B.Tech. / B. Sc. Engineering degree from a Recognized University/Institution.
What are the desirable qualifications for this post?
Desirable qualifications include an LLB from a Recognized University/Institution, and a Post Graduate Qualification viz. M.Tech., MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management or equivalent in Finance / Environment discipline from a Recognized University/Institution.
What is the required work experience for this role?
You need 11 years of experience in an executive level and present working experience of a minimum of 01 (one) year in the Scale of Pay of Rs.70000-200000 and above or equivalent. This experience should be in the area of Energy Sector / Renewable Energy Sector, dealing with Project Appraisal, Planning, Evaluation and Monitoring in Financial Institutions/ NBFCs/ Public Sector Organizations/ Joint ventures of PSES/Central Govt/ State Govt/ Private Sector.
What is the CTC for this position?
The CTC should not be below Rs.37.70 Lakhs per year for candidates presently working in Private Sector.
Are there any preferences for experience?
Experience in Listed Organizations and experience in ERP applications is preferable.
What is the maximum age limit for this post?
The maximum age limit is 42 years.
