The Junior Hindi Translator role is a Group B non-teaching position at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune. The incumbent is responsible for translating scientific, financial, and administrative documents, official correspondence, and publications, as well as assisting in the implementation of the Official Language Policy.

What is the minimum educational qualification required?

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. Alternatively, candidates with at least 5 years of experience in an office environment with typing skills in Hindi/English and proficiency in translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa are also eligible.
