What is the minimum educational qualification for Clerk?

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or Institution. Additionally, candidates must have completed at least 120 hours of a course with hands-on experience in the use of personal computers or information technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from a Govt. recognized institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001 certified. Alternatively, a Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to 'O' level certificate of DOEACC (Govt. of India) is also accepted. Passing Matriculation with Punjabi as one of the subjects is mandatory.
