What is the Senior Store Officer Grade-II recruitment?
This is a permanent, Group A Gazetted, Ministerial post under the DRDO, Ministry of Defence. It involves assisting in management activities, tender processing, and vendor management.
What is the minimum educational qualification?
Candidates must possess either a Master's Degree in Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Business Studies, or Public Administration OR a Bachelor's Degree in the same subjects along with a Diploma in Materials Management, Warehousing Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or Public Procurement.
Is any experience required?
Yes. Applicants with a Master's Degree need 2 years of experience in store keeping and maintaining store accounts. Applicants with a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma need 4 years of experience in the same field.
What is the age limit?
The age limit is 35 years for UR, 38 years for OBCs, 40 years for SCs, and 45 years for PwBDs.
Where will be the job location?
The headquarters is at DRDO HQ, New Delhi, with All India Service Liability.
