What is the minimum educational qualification for this job?

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree with at least 50% marks and have an excellent command over the English language. Additionally, they must have a computer typing speed equivalent to 60 words per minute and a one-year Diploma/Proficiency certificate in Computer and Office applications from a recognized institute. Alternatively, candidates with a Master's degree (50% marks) and 5 years of relevant experience in a Govt. organization at Pay Level-6 are also eligible.
