Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering AND a Master of Engineering/Master of Technology in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering/Structural and Foundation Engineering/Structural Design/Structural Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering/Structural Engineering and Construction/Structural Engineering and Construction Management) with first class or equivalent in either degree.
