What are the essential qualifications for this role?
You must have a Post Graduate Qualification like an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or an equivalent qualification in Marketing, from a recognized University/Institution.
Is any additional qualification desirable?
Yes, a B.E. / B.Tech. / B. Sc. Engineering degree from a recognized University/Institution is desirable.
What is the required experience for this position?
You need to have 02 years of experience in an executive level role, with at least 01 year of experience in the immediate lower pay scale (Rs. 30000-120000 and above or equivalent). This experience should be in the area of Business Development within Financial Institutions, NBFCs, Public Sector Organizations, Joint Ventures of PSEs, Central Govt, State Govt, or Private Sector.
What is the expected CTC for this role?
The Cost to Company (CTC) should not be below Rs.12.00 Lakhs per year for candidates currently working in the Private Sector.
Are candidates from listed organizations preferred?
Yes, experience in Listed Organizations and experience in ERP applications are preferable.
What are the key responsibilities and expectations for this role?
The role involves experience in similar responsibilities such as planning and development of different areas of business for both financial and operational growth. This includes acquiring and maintaining a greater market share in current businesses, creating brand loyalty for the Company through additional value additions, and enhancing the frontrunner position and adding value to stakeholders' investment over the long run and short run.

- Documentary evidence for annual CTC such as Form 16, Pay slips for last 12 months, certificate from employer etc. (in case of candidates from private Sector).
