If you have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, you need at least 08 years of experience in a relevant field at the level of Assistant Engineer in PB-2 (or higher) with a Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/- (or higher), OR at least 12 years of experience in a relevant field at the level of Junior Engineer in Pay Level 6 or Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- (or higher).
