Eligible candidates will be called for a Computer Based Examination (Objective Type Multiple Choice). A negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer will be applied. A merit list will be prepared from candidates who obtain the qualifying marks (minimum of 60%) in the Computer Based Examination. Candidates in the merit list will be called for personal discussion in a 1:10 ratio. The final selection will be based on the screening test score (40% weightage), credentials like experience and publications (30% weightage), and personal discussion (30% weightage).

Applications must be submitted online. A hard copy of the online application form along with self-attested testimonials, certificates, educational qualifications, and supporting documents must be sent by Speed Post/Registered Post to "The Director, National Institute of Biologicals (Ministry of Health & Family Welfare), A-32, Sector-62, Institutional Area, Noida, U.P. - 201309" within a week from the last date of submission of the online application form.
