What is the Operator ‘A’ – Assembly Shop job at HMT Limited?

This is a technical role under the Food Processing Machinery Division of HMT Limited. The selected candidate will be responsible for assembling components, testing machinery, and performing installation and commissioning at customer sites, including potential travel abroad.

What is the minimum educational qualification required?

To be eligible for this post, you must have completed SSLC (10th Pass) along with an ITI in Fitter or DME discipline from a recognized institute with a good academic record.

What is the minimum percentage required?

Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks. There is a relaxation for SC/ST candidates, who require a minimum of 50% marks.

Is there any experience required?

Yes, a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is mandatory.

What is the nature of this job?

This is a Fixed Term Appointment (FTA) for an initial period of two years, which may be extended for another two years based on performance. It is not a permanent position.
