If selected, candidates can be posted to any Unit / Project / location of the company. Reimbursement for interview travel is based on travel to Kolkata.
How is experience calculated for candidates from Private Sector?
For private sector applicants, the comparable gross salary (monetary/cash part) for drawing equivalency in the next lower grade of GRSE must be for a minimum period of 02 years, with a lower variance up to maximum of 25% of CTC of equivalent grade in GRSE. This variance may be relaxed by 40% of CTC or more for deserving candidates at the discretion of Management.
What are the rules regarding reservation and age relaxation?
Reservation for SC / ST / OBC / EWS / PwBD is applicable against each post. Category once entered in the Online Application form cannot be changed. OBC candidates need to submit a declaration regarding not falling in the Creamy Layer and provide a non-creamy layer certificate issued in 2025-26. EWS benefit requires an Income and Asset Certificate issued in 2025-26. SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates applying where no vacancy exists in their category will be treated as General candidates.
