What is the Sainik School Imphal Recruitment 2026?

Sainik School Imphal, under the aegis of the Sainik Schools Society, Ministry of Defence, has released a notification for the recruitment of regular staff for teaching positions including TGT Maths, TGT Social Science, and PGT Computer Science.

What are the educational qualification requirements?

• TGT Maths: Graduation in Mathematics with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject and aggregate, B.Ed in relevant subject, and pass in CTET/TET Paper-2.
• TGT Social Science: BA in History/Political Science/Geography/Economics with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject and aggregate, B.Ed in relevant subject, and pass in CTET/TET Paper-2.
• PGT Computer Science: M.Sc (CS/IT) or MCA or M.E./M.Tech (CS/IT) with at least 50% marks, along with B.Ed or 3-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed or 4-year integrated degree with B.Ed component.

What is the selection process?

The selection process consists of three stages: a Written Test, a Class Room Demonstration, and an Interview. Candidates must qualify in the written test to proceed to the demonstration and interview rounds.
