What are the essential qualifications for a Chief Security Officer?
To be eligible for the Chief Security Officer position, you must be a Commissioned Officer of the Army/Navy/Air Force or a Deputy Superintendent of Police or Assistant Commandant of Police/Security Force. You need a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Additionally, you must have at least 15 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of five years in Pay Level-11 or at least 13 years in Pay Level-10.
Alternatively, you can have a Master's Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks and at least 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 07 years in a Supervisory capacity in Pay Level-11 or its equivalent in the Police or a large security organization, educational institution, university, or PSU.
Another option is a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks and at least 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 07 years in a Supervisory capacity in Pay Level-11 or its equivalent in the Police or a large security organization, educational institution, university, or PSU.
What are the other requirements for the Chief Security Officer role?
