What is the minimum educational qualification required?

Candidates must possess a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in any of the following fields: Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Management, Public Administration, Arts, Science, or Commerce.

What is the experience requirement?

Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience in personnel matters, office management, establishment work, recruitment, or store purchase. Out of these 10 years, at least 5 years must be in a senior administrative position within a Government, semi-government, or Corporate Sector organization, with a strong understanding of government practices and procedures.

Is this a permanent job?

No, this post is to be filled on a Deputation or Short Term Contract basis. The initial tenure is for 3 years, extendable based on performance and government rules.

What is the salary structure?

For deputation, the pay is as per Level-12 in the 7th CPC pay matrix. For contract appointments, a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1,22,000/- per month is provided with an annual increment of 3%.
