They also ensure statutory compliances and handle routine establishment and administrative matters, including procurement and estate matters. Additionally, they assign specific jobs to subordinates with timelines and supervise the tasks assigned.
What are the key coordination and reporting duties?
The role involves maintaining proper co-ordination and follow-up with other Branches/Offices, and ensuring actions are taken on decisions/directives given by higher authorities. They also coordinate training and development activities for the staff and take intermediate routine action on directives received from senior officers.
What are the project and task management responsibilities?
The Assistant Administrative Officer monitors the progress of projects, contracts, and outsourced services, and sends out notices wherever required. They may also be assigned any other tasks and responsibilities by the Higher Authorities of the Institute.
