What is the MECON Limited Executive Recruitment 2026?

MECON Limited, a premier Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Steel, has released a notification for the recruitment of experienced professionals for the posts of Manager (Civil) and Senior Manager (Civil) in the regular scale of pay.

What are the educational qualification requirements?

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Manager (Civil) (E-3 grade): Full time (4 years) regular B.E. (Civil) / B. Tech (Civil) degree. Preference is given to candidates from Govt. Engineering Institutes under 'Institute of National Importance'. Post-graduate Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Construction Management is preferred.
• Senior Manager (Civil) (E-4 grade): Full time (4 years) regular B.E. (Civil) / B. Tech (Civil) degree.

Note: All qualifications must be acquired through Regular/Full-time mode from a UGC-recognized university.

What is the required work experience?

• Manager (Civil): Minimum 09 years of Civil construction experience (except Structural Steel & Road) at site, preferably at an Industrial Plant.
• Senior Manager (Civil): Minimum 13 years of Civil construction experience (except Structural Steel & Road) at site, preferably at an Industrial Plant.
