What is this recruitment notification about?
The CSIR-Central Road Research Institute (CRRI), New Delhi, has released an official notification (Advt No. 05/PC/2026) for the engagement of Project Staff on a purely temporary basis for various ongoing research projects. This is a walk-in-interview based recruitment process.
What are the educational qualification requirements?
Candidates must possess the following qualifications based on the post code:
- Project Associate-II (Post Code A & B): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent with 2 years of experience in R&D in Industrial/Academic Institutions or S&T organizations OR Masters/Integrated Masters in Engineering or Technology.
- Senior Project Associate (Post Code C & D): Masters/Integrated Masters in Civil Engineering with Specialization in Transportation/Highway Engineering or any equivalent specialization and two years of experience in R&D in Industrial/Academic Institutions or S&T organizations. A Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (preferably in Pavement material/Design) is desirable.
What is the selection process?
The selection will be based on a Walk-in-Interview. If a large number of candidates appear, the Selection Committee will shortlist candidates based on specific criteria. The final decision to allow a candidate to appear for the interview rests with the Director, CSIR-CRRI.
When are the walk-in-interview dates?
The interviews are scheduled for 07.04.2026, 08.04.2026, and 15.04.2026 at 09:00 AM at CSIR-CRRI, New Delhi.
What documents are required for the interview?
Candidates must bring original and self-attested copies of all certificates/testimonials, a valid identity proof (Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, or Aadhar Card), one passport-size photograph, and the filled-in application form (Annexure-I).
How to download the admit card?
There is no admit card for this walk-in-interview. Candidates are required to directly appear for the interview at the venue on the specified dates with the required documents.
